Objectives:
Project designed to assist Nigerian regulators and supervisors in understanding how bank and financial holding companies work in the US and other jurisdictions and learn about the possible implications for the formation, governance and regulation of holding company operations in Nigeria.Project also featured a study tour to UMB Financial Corporation in Kansas City.

Executives of the Banking Supervision Department and the Financial Policy and Regulation Department of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN)
