Systemic Risk, Prudential Regulation and SIB Supervision

Objectives:
- This course examines the link between systemic risk and financial crises, how systemic risk can be measured as well as how it can be mitigated by prudential regulation and the effective supervision of systemically important financial institutions (SIFIs).
Participants:
- The course was attended by 41 members of the Banking Supervision Department of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and took place at the CBN Learning Center in Satellite Town, Lagos.
